Knees 2 War 10K, 5K & 1-mile Walk/Run
The 9th annual Knees 2 War Event will begin at Central Assembly Family Life Center, 1202 W Oxford on Saturday, March 30 at 8:30 am.
Knees 2 War is a family-friendly event that allows for participants of all ages and levels to attend, giving people an opportunity to impact their local community and world. Visit www.knees2war.org for more information.

Early packet pick-up is on Friday, March 29 at the Central Assembly of God Family Life Center, 1202 W. Oxford.
Race Day:
7 - 8:15 am: Race Day Registration and Packet Pick-up
8:30 am: 1 mile run/walk
9 am: 10K and 5K run/walk
Entry Fee:
1Mi Run/Walk – $20
5K Run/Walk – $30
10K Run – $40
*$5 is added to the registration fee for race day registrants.
An awards ceremony will follow the races. 5K and 10K- Awards will be given to top overall male and female and three deep in the following age divisions-male and female: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. 1 mile- Awards will be given to top three finishers.
