Calendar of Events
Christmas in the Village 2020 will look a bit different due to the expected need to take health and safety into consideration due to COVID-19. Instead of one large event, Christmas in the Village will occur on the four Saturdays before Christmas.
During regular business hours 10 am-5 pm, many of the same activities from prior celebrations will be held in Humphrey Heritage Village.
Then from 6-9 pm, the Heritage Center will host a smaller, more intimate, ticketed event that is intended for couples to enjoy as a Christmas-themed, date night experience. Visitors can enjoy Christmas cocktails from around the world, a hot chocolate bar and carriage rides.
Escape to a simpler time and experience Christmas in the Cherokee Outlet as it was over 100 years ago, with the sights, smells and sounds of the holiday season.
Four historic buildings in Humphrey Heritage Village are decorated for Christmas circa 1900, including the Glidewell House, where every room is filled with the Christmas spirit. Step from the Glidewell's living room where the Christmas tree awaits presents for young and old into the dining room, set pristinely in anticipation of a mouth-watering Christmas dinner.
The Village is a perfect setting for your family holiday photos.
